We are advocates for healthy eating, deep down we shouldn't, but life is too short to not enjoy it.

We have taken our soft bread and breathed a bit of life back into the cream bun. a relic still found in local bakeries the world over. Our House sweet bun is a custard filled bun, topped with whipped cream, cinnamon crumble and cherries.

Our Seasonal is filled with a Fruit Compote (think low sugar jam) right now its early rhubarb. then topped with a whipped custard.
​
Our filthy bun is all out bid to get banned from highstreets, salt caramel filled bun, with Tonka cream and a chocolate glaze.
Finally the compost cookie, for those sick of buns, by now who wouldn't be! what ever we feel like dropping in, goes in. the science of a perfect cookie is always kept!
