Marmite, garlic and thyme braised mushroom, draped in our three cheese sauce: Smoked Montgomery: strong Chedder with a mild oak smoke. Ogleshield: Sweet, milky and savoury. Used for the wonderful consistency, Finally Cornish Kern: Nutty, sharp and clean flavour
The rich salty, umami and mildly bitter hit of above is cut with sweet and sour of pickled walnuts and our SeeSlaw: Crisp raw vegetables, cider vinegar and a touch of chilli to clean the palate.
