Keith, or Keith Slice, to give him his correct name, is the solid one in the block. its a stone cold classic comfort beast. We buy high welfare meat direct from a farmer we trust. We then give it the love we deserve. slow cooked in rich sauce, cut with a spoon and the sauce thickened and mixed back in. wets more than your appetite.

Food this rich needs a counter point, to enjoy the summer, you need the winter first. So we sit it on a crisp and tart coleslaw, crunchy sweet onions and a sensationally sharp and borderline fruity herb sauce.
You could eat it twice, it's that good.
